CIT Application

The Counselor in Training (CIT) program is for individuals who will be age 16 or 17 by July 1 of the camp season. CITs become part of our leadership training program for two years so as to thoroughly prepare them for the role of counselor.  CITs are supervised by our Boys and Girls CIT Directors and receive coaching by our staff at activities to learn the leadership skills necessary to manage campers, prepare and execute an activity, and the organizational skills to put it all together.

CIT Applications are submitted online and require the following components:

• all required applicant information, including personal email
• all required parent/guardian information including their email
• document upload addressing written response prompts
• video upload addressing prompt as described
• names and contact info of the two people writing your letters of reference
