Initial Deposit: A $300 non-refundable deposit is required for each camper at the time of registration. This deposit counts towards the overall tuition rates. Balance divided into equal monthly payments and due in full prior to the start of the enrolled sessions.

• 2 Sessions Enrollment extra $250 off
• Siblings extra 10% off (one time per summer)

Daily Activities and Programs

• Full schedule of supervised daily activities including sports, arts, waterfront, outdoor adventures, and team games
• Special themed events and all-camp activities throughout each session

Comfortable Cabin Living

• Separate cabins for boys and girls
• 4 cabins for girls and 5 cabins for boys
• Each cabin includes private bathrooms, screened windows, and ventilation for comfort

Delicious Meals and Snacks

• Three nutritious and delicious meals every day
• Carefully planned menus with a wide variety of options
• Canteen snacks twice daily, after lunch and dinner

Laundry Service

• Weekly laundry service included for all campers

Camp Store Credit

• $50 spending account for the Camp Store
• Shop for t-shirts, pajamas, sweatpants, hoodies, hats, stickers, and candy

Camp Gear

• Two official Camp Marist T-shirts
• One reusable water bottle (provided or selected upon arrival)

Daily Photos and Mailing Service

• Daily activity photos uploaded to CampInTouch
• Families can stay connected and see campers enjoying their experience

Trips and Outdoor Adventures

• Special trip day on the second Wednesday of each session
• Visits to New Hampshire’s natural attractions, including hikes, natural swimming areas, and scenic locations

Special Theme Days and Camp Events

• All-camp special events every Thursday, depending on the session
• International Night, Fourth of July Celebration, Halloween in July, Iron Fitness Competition, Talent Show, and more
• Community Bonding and Clan Traditions

Special Clan Reunions once per session

• Bad Moose Clan (boys) and Bear Clan (girls) gatherings around the campfire
• Storytelling, shared reflections, and moments of connection
• S’mores with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers
• A meaningful space to celebrate brotherhood, sisterhood, and community

Weekend Cookouts and Community Nights

• Saturday cookouts that bring the entire camp together for food, fun, and connection
• Daily evening gatherings at sunset where the entire camp comes together to enjoy music, group games, and fun interactive activities.

24/7 Health and Safety Services

• On-site health center with professional nurses on campus at all times
• Medical staff available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
• Clear safety protocols and emergency procedures

Caring Staff and Supervision

• Highly trained and dedicated counselors
• Low camper-to-staff ratio of 3:1
• Staff members are always present during all activities
• Each cabin is supervised by a responsible Head Counselor (Prefect) who stays overnight with campers

Closing Events and Farewell Celebrations

• End-of-session farewell bonfire with the entire camp community
• Photo slideshow featuring memories from throughout the session

Not Included:

• Special off-campus trips are optional and carry additional fees.
• Transportation -Parents are invited to drop campers off themselves, but may choose to utilize scheduled camp transportation on arrival and departure days for additional fees, as below:

  • Connecticut ($150 each way)
  • Boston’s Logan Airport ($125 each way)

Payment and Refund Policies

Payment Information

• A payment schedule is provided upon enrollment.
• We accept payment by check, cash, wire transfer and credit cards.
  • Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge.

 

Refund Information

• Initial Deposit of $300 is non-refundable.
  • Early Bird, Winter & Spring Rates deposit is fully refundable through March 1st, after which time all but $300 remains refundable, per the Tuition Refunds guidance below.
• Tuition Refunds and Rollovers are available
  • Cancellations prior to May 15: FULL Tuition Refund (less the $300 Initial Deposit).
  • Cancellations after May 15: Partial refunds, as they are subject to cancellation fees.
• Early Departures from Camp are not pro-rated nor refunded.
  • this includes family decisions to remove a camper early.
  • this includes camp decisions to dismiss a camper during the season.
