Camper Registration Form for 2010: This form must be filled out for ALL campers FIRST AND FOREMOST!

Payment Instructions: Look at this document for payment information if you live outside the United States.

Scholarship Application: This form is for campers who may need a leg up to attend Camp Marist.

2010 Forms Package:  This package contains all forms required for your child to attend Camp AFTER THEY ARE REGISTERED.  PLEASE COMPLETE EVERY FORM AND RETURN THEM TO THE CAMP OFFICE BY MAY 1, 2010.  ***If you are unable to print the Forms Package, please contact the Camp office and we will mail a package to you.
