What is the Color War?

The final week of camp each year is filled with loads of extra fun, great traditions, special banquets, out-of-camp trips, and all our activities...along with three incredible days of outrageously crazy, silly skits and games that make up "Color War"!

Color War is the "grand finale" of summer camp. It is traditionally held on the last 3 days of the summer. The entire camp divides into 2 teams. The teams have captains and are named after a theme. There are skits, costumes, songs, and special evening events. The daily activity schedule is full of competitive, silly, fun and different activities. Points are earned for each activity, and the competition is very exciting!!!  The last day, there is a giant tug of war between the ages and cabins, and the winners are announced. It is quite a blast! Our campers find the camaraderie with their team mates, as well as the friendly competition with their rivals, brings them all closer in the end!
